To maintain a secure ecosystem, the following items are categorically barred from publication:
- Counterfeit, clone, or replica consumer devices with spoofed operating systems or falsified silicon identifiers.
- Devices reported stolen or carrier-blacklisted (IMEI / serial check required).
- Invasive medical or bio-sensing implants lacking certified clinical CE/FDA approvals.
- Uncertified high-power radio frequency or laser projection systems exceeding consumer radiation thresholds.
- Hacked, pirated, or stolen enterprise firmware and unauthorized activation keys.
2. Immediate Escalation and Removal
Any merchant listing found attempting to market prohibited hardware is immediately flagged, rejected, and banned from future onboarding.
